• As of April 1, 2011, Wild Rose Auction Services will implement a $25/week storage fee on all items left on the lot outside the allotted load-out time for each auction. For further details, please refer to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS section at the top of the page. Please check this out and become familiar with the new policies put in place in 2011.
• We will no longer be accepting general miscellaneous at our Consignment auctions. We will continue to handle all items in estate, storage unit, or business dispersals however furniture, household, and other 'garage sale' type miscellaneous will no longer be accepted.
